Brochure on the OECD Guidelines and NCPs

The Korean NCP has published a new brochure to help stakeholders better understand the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct and the role of National Contact Points for Responsible Business Conduct (NCPs).

The brochure provides an overview of the Guidelines, due diligence, the role of NCPs, the structure of the Korean NCP, the specific instance process, and frequently asked questions.
