Retention and Use Period

Personal information will, in principle, be destroyed immediately after the event or, where necessary for post-event administration, after being retained in accordance with the Secretariat’s internal policies. However, where retention is required by applicable laws and regulations, the information may be retained for the period prescribed by such laws and regulations.

Photography and Video Recording

Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for documentation and promotional purposes.
Such photographs and videos will be used solely for purposes related to seminar promotion, event reporting, and the production of official materials, and will not be used for any other purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the Korean NCP Secretariat when registering or on the day of the event.

Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

Where necessary for the smooth operation of the event, certain services may be outsourced to external service providers. In such cases, the service provider and details of the outsourced services will be separately disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Right to Refuse Consent
